Before you decide

The questions everyone asks

If the features are the same, why pay more?
Because you are not buying features — you are buying capacity. What costs us is not unlocking a report, it is supporting every professional who books, serves, closes tickets and earns commission inside the system every day.

The alternative would be the industry model: charge little and lock reports, inventory and finance into the top plan. We prefer the opposite — open everything from the first cent and charge by size. And the bigger the team, the lower the cost per professional: growing costs you less per head, not more.
What if I go over the professional limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. The app tells you that you reached the limit and offers the plan change right there. You keep working normally with the team already registered — the limit only prevents adding one more professional beyond the cap.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up and down, as many times as you need. You change it under “My Plan” inside the app, and it applies on the next billing cycle. A seasonal business that grows in December and shrinks in February can follow that rhythm without talking to anyone.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
Neither. It is a monthly subscription managed by Google Play: you cancel from your own phone, at any time, and keep access until the end of the period already paid. There is no minimum term, setup fee or penalty.
Do I really need an Android device?
To activate and pay for the subscription, yes — billing goes through Google Play. To use Marksym, no: once active, the system runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. In practice one Android device in the hands of whoever manages the account is enough. If that is a problem for you, get in touch.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because the trial asks for no card. At the end of the period your data stays where it is and the app asks you to pick a plan to continue. If you choose later, you find everything as you left it.
Does the price change with the number of appointments or clients?
No. Appointments, tickets, clients, services and products are unlimited on every plan. The subscription does not go up because your business got busier — only because your team got bigger. A record month costs exactly the same as a slow one.
